Every AI response evaluated is logged to a local SQLite database with IBR article citations, reviewer verdicts, flags, and timestamps. Retained for 7 years per Art VI §6.5. PDF/CSV export available for compliance reporting.
The Guardian activates through a consent ceremony that names exactly what is being enabled. The parent affirms: "I have informed my child." The timestamp is logged. The Guardian will not activate silently.

A MutationObserver script detects AI-generated text on 7+ platforms. Every response is parsed and run through all 5 reviewers locally. Verdicts are logged with IBR citations.
Grooming, consent violations, transparency failures, and mental health substitution trigger an immediate alert. The child sees "Session paused." Only the parent's PIN (7+ characters) can dismiss it. The child cannot bypass the alert.
